Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. You must notify us within 3 days after your order delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
In certain situations only partial refunds are granted.
Cash on Delivery / Shipping Charges / Reverse Pick-Up Charges are Non-Refundable for returns like Wrong Purchase, not wanted or required, change of mind or any reason for buyer fault in purchase we will refund after 20% deduction from actual amount.
For Returns like missing item or full items not received we would need complete and Clear Unboxing Video from the time of delivery of the package within 24 hours of receiving the delivery, without video proof the claim would be invalid.
We are giving priority to items that our Customers need most. If your Location is not serviceable then we will refund you but if it is wrong purchase or incompatibility issue or in any case other than area not serviceable, we would be unable to issue refund unless and until the item is received back by the returns department.
We highly recommend to compare the image provided on the product page with your old laptop part and most importantly has exact laptop model number in the product description and purchase only if it is an exact match in the image as well as description page of the product. If in doubt contact us by raising ticket.
1. Is it important that the product is sent back in its original packaging?
Yes, product should be sent back along with their original packaging, original manufacturer tags, including the box.
2. Is there a time frame within which I have to notify TravisLappy about return/replacement?
If you want to return or exchange any product, you must have to contact us within 48 hour of receiving the product.
3.Will I have to pay any charges for the returns/replacement?
In case of return buyer has to pay shipping charges and send it back on its own, in case of refund amount will be credit within 4-5 days after return received.

Submit a Ticket within 48 hour of receiving the product, for register a complaint you will must provide your name, email ID, telephone or mobile number and order ID.
Our customer care team will inform you by email once your refund complaint is processed, a refund is processed based on the mode of payment. If payment is done using Credit card then the amount is refunded to the credit card itself and in case of COD / cash on delivery then our Team will send you mail requesting your bank details for transfer. If the payment is done using Net banking as a payment then the amount is refunded to the bank account.
You must notify within 12 hour of placing the order if you decide to cancel your order by phone or email and quote your order number. As after that your order will be processed and a cancellation fee of 10% will be applicable.
If the cancellation was made in time, we will refund or re-credit your debit or credit card with the full amount, which includes the initial delivery charge (where applicable) which you paid for the delivery of the Goods or the Services, as applicable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should ship your product to provided address in communication mail. .
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds may take up to 2 weeks, depending upon the mode of payment collection.
